  13. World Flag Clock will allow you to display a clock with your choice of many different flags
  14. on your desktop. You may switch flags anytime. The clock is designed to stay on top of any
  15. application that you may have running, so it will always be seen. You may still use other
  16. applications while World Flag Clock is running. The program will also allow users to
  17. pre-set their favorite flag to automatically load upon program execution using the
  18. "Auto Execute" command. World Flag clock has full sound capabilities for systems with
  19. compatible sound boards. The clock can be set to chime hourly using many different sound
  20. choices. The clock has an alarm capability for user reminders.

  27. - VBRUN300.DLL installed in your Windows or System directory (See Below)

  32. - Run Install.exe using the RUN option from the file menu of Windows Program Manager or 
  33. double click on the Install.exe icon from the File Manager.

  60. - World Flag Clock is distributed as Shareware. The Author maintains all rights to the
  61. program in its entirety.

  63. - World Flag Clock may be distributed freely as long as the integrity of Shareware is maintained.

  65. - In the tradition of Shareware, the author grants a 30 day trial period to the user to
  66. decide whether they want to keep the program. If so, a $15 payment (plus shipping and
  67. handling, see order form) is required. If not, then before the 30 days is up, you must
  68. delete the program from your system.

  80. 4. This is a search area. select the appropriate fields which will help identify
  81.    this application. This program is reg # 13579. Once done choose 'Begin Search'

  83. 5. The number of matching titles found will be displayed. Select the appropriate
  84.    title and the the 'Select' button
  85. 6. Select the 'Description' button
  86. 7. Select the 'Register' button

  89. That's it!  You have now registered this software. Your next Compuserve
  90. bill will show that you have registered this software. The author will
  91. send you a registered copy of this application or send you a
  92. registration number to enter into the program which will activate the
  93. registered features.

  97. Important Notice:

  99. Because of the file structure of World Flag Clock, users should take caution when changing
  100. and copying the files to a new directory from the original installation directory. Some 
  101. files are created using the original directory. Validated users may lose their validation 
  102. information. Also, Auto execution of preferred teams may be lost. Neither is a major
  103. catastrophy. Validation and Auto-execution can easily be re-established in the new directory.
  104. Validated users should write down their validation number in case they change directories.

  111. for this program by loading it on their computer. At no time is the author responsible for
  112. any hardware or software malfunctions caused by Football Clock. Though the author knows of
  113. no such problems from this software, he is not liable if any should occur.

  117. Currently there are hundreds of national flags that are represented in the world. This
  118. program could not possibly include each and every flag. The program currently holds
  119. 32 flags. The author considered the 32 flags which he viewed as being the most
  120. popular by individuals who would have access to this program. The author did not
  121. intend to 'slight' any nation. However, he could only choose a maximum of 32 flags.
  122. Please do not take offense if a particular national flag is excluded from this
  123. program. If you feel that a national flag that is not included in this program which
  124. would be very popular (by the amount of computer users of that nationality) then
  125. let the author know. If the author agrees, then in a future release that national
  126. flag shall be added to the list.
